About The Position
The Graduate Internship aims to provide interns with relevant field experiences in their chosen field of study. Interns will be assigned one or more mentors for instruction, guidance, and performance assessment. The intern is responsible for observing the functions and processes of their assigned work unit. They may also receive specific work assignments to enhance the learning experience, evaluate performance, and contribute to the work unit. Interns must complete all internship-related assignments and reports for both Mayo Clinic and their educational institution. The duration and timing of the internship will be mutually arranged.
Responsibilities
- Observing the functions and processes of the assigned work unit
- Completing selected work assignments to reinforce the learning experience, assess performance levels, and provide benefit to the work unit
- Completing all internship-related assignments and reports for both Mayo and the participating educational facility
