About The Position

The Supply Chain Summer Intern will support key initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, support sourcing activities, and contribute to cost savings, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Working on a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer software, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Power BI exposure or usage

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data (spend, inventory, freight, supplier performance)
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools
• Identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Support Management Operating Review (MOR) reporting
• Assist with supplier research and benchmarking
• Support RFQ/RFP processes (data collection, bid analysis, comparisons)
• Help track contract compliance and supplier performance metrics
• Participate in supplier communications and follow-ups
• Support freight and logistics analysis (cost, service levels, carrier performance)
• Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
• Evaluate opportunities for route optimization and cost reduction
