Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Systems Engineering & Design, and Petroleum Engineering or closely related degree with a graduation date after July 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Prior Internship experience
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Mechanical Troubleshooting experience
- Fluid or Thermal dynamics project experience
- AutoCAD experience
Responsibilities
- Processes and equipment the Interns and Co-Ops could be assigned to support:
- Underground gas storage – methane stored at 1750 psi 4000 ft. below surface
- Field piping, valves, and gas storage wells
- Station piping, valves, regulators, meters, heat exchangers, and processes
- Withdrawal process with slug catchers, tri-ethylene glycol dehydrators, reboilers and thermal oxidizers
- Injection process with three 5000 hp natural gas powered compressors
- CO2 Removal process
- LNG Liquefaction process – convert methane from gas to liquid at -260 degrees F
- LNG Vaporization process – convert liquid LNG back to a gas
