We are seeking a curious and motivated FinTech Intern to support our Financial Technology teams. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the intersection of technology, finance, and innovation, helping improve digital tools, processes, and experiences that support both employees and members. This role is ideal for students interested in FinTech, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or Business Technology who want real‑world experience in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment. This is a 20-hour per week, in-office internship opportunity that runs through July 31st, 2026 and offers $15 per hour in compensation. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to FinTech, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business
• Interest in how technology is used to improve financial services and digital experiences
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working with data, systems, or technology tools (training provided)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Curious mindset with a desire to learn and ask questions

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects related to digital banking tools, financial systems, or technology platforms
• Support analysis and documentation of business processes and system workflows
• Help test new features, enhancements, or system updates in a controlled environment
• Assist with data gathering, reporting, or basic analysis related to digital performance or usage
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as IT, Finance, Digital Banking, and Operations
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, or automation
• Participate in meetings and shadow team members to learn how FinTech solutions are designed and supported
