About The Position
Work assignments will depend on workload and project needs. Work schedule is normally 40 hours a week, some overtime may be available depending on the need or assignment. Objective is to support engineering activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS degree in a technically related field, and must be completing sophomore or junior academic year currently.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Suite
- Must have experience with CAD software (preferably Inventor)
- Must have general coursework regarding engineering.
Responsibilities
- Updating database information
- Creating metric charts to track current project results
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Documenting processes of operations
- Developing training material to support documented processes
- Working with individuals to provide engineering/technical support to improving methods for manufacturing
- Creating CAD models to support manufacturing efforts
- Starting and updating drawings to better reflect current models
