About The Position

General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) is hiring an Engineering Intern to work on projects supporting national defense services. The intern will apply classroom-learned skills and collaborate with technical teams on projects associated with GDMS’s core mission. The role offers an opportunity to work with customers on solutions for national security missions and to develop skills alongside technically accomplished colleagues. Requirements

Be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related scientific or technical discipline.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of engineering technology.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time after hire; selected applicants are subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Sophomore standing or higher is preferred.
