About The Position

The RF Engineering Team is seeking an intern to help us take on new challenges as we develop RF systems and components for spaceflight missions. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of engineers and scientists to develop, integrate, test, launch, and operate complex RF systems and the electronic building blocks that enable them. Together, we deliver world-class, cost-effective, and often first-of-their-kind RF systems that operate reliably in the harshest space environments. We are passionate about advancing best-in-class RF component and system development while providing our sponsors with the highest value. Support a wide range of terrestrial and space-based communications, radio-navigation, radiometric, and remote sensing applications by developing novel, computationally efficient digital signal processing algorithms and environmentally robust hardware. Collaborate with experienced engineers to design and deliver world-class, cost-effective, and often first-of-their-kind RF systems that perform reliably in the harshest space environments.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • A passion for space-flight hardware, electronics design, digital signal processing, integration and test.
  • Can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
