About The Position

Through business-critical projects, you’ll build a working knowledge of the spirits industry, strengthen your professional skill sets, and directly contribute to company growth. The Internship Experience: 12-week Summer 2027 Internship Program, running from May 2027 through August 2027. Own meaningful projects that address real business needs within your functional and/or collaborate across departments to solve problems and turn ideas into results. Develop project plans, establish goals and receive ongoing feedback. Build your skills and network through professional-development workshops and connections with leaders, employees and fellow interns. Present your project outcomes and recommendations at the end of the summer. Position yourself for potential full-time opportunities with Sazerac after graduation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and graduating Dec 2027 or after.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through work, academics, student organizations, athletics or community involvement, with examples of taking initiative, influencing others and driving results.
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning.
• Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.
