About The Position

Affinity Decision Support (ADS) is looking for R&D Software Developer Interns! This is a great opportunity for a college student to learn about Software Development processes and assist in building and releasing products. You will help develop ancillary parts of larger development projects and as skills progress have the potential to take on their own development project to help the team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven interest in research, innovation, and software development.
Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies.
Self-Motivated
Coachable
Works well in a team environment

Responsibilities

Participate in the software development process including design, development, and testing.
Complete development tasks (geared to the skill level of the individual).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Document development work for QA.
