About The Position

DeepHealth is seeking a Software Developer Intern for Summer 2026 to join their Seattle-area engineering team. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on building and shipping production-grade systems in a fast-paced healthcare AI environment. Interns will contribute directly to live product development in either Agentic AI Engineering or Full Stack Engineering tracks, delivering a high-impact project by the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Pursuing Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
• Experience in one or more of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++
• Ability to work on-site in the Seattle/Bothell area for the full internship

Nice To Haves

• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), modern web frameworks, or AI/ML frameworks

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents on real-world healthcare datasets
• Develop orchestration logic and evaluation pipelines
• Integrate LLM-powered workflows into production systems
• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
• Build responsive front-end applications
• Contribute to cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Write clean, testable, production-quality code
• Participate in design reviews and system architecture discussions
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
• Deliver a high-impact project by the end of the internship
