Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the IT team with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Provide technical support to employees, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related inquiries. Participate in the setup and configuration of computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment. Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications. Collaborate on projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Document IT procedures, solutions, and workflows for future reference. Conduct inventory checks for IT equipment and assist in asset management. Research and recommend innovative technologies to improve IT operations. Adhere to company IT policies and procedures, ensuring data security and compliance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work part-time or full-time during the internship period.

Nice To Haves

• Prior IT experience or coursework is a plus but not required.
