About The Position

FedTech is a professional services firm focused on venture creation, acceleration, and startup advisory services. We design and run deep tech commercialization programs across defense, climate, and commercial sectors. This internship offers the opportunity to build practical skills in project management, research, and stakeholder engagement while gaining exposure to the defense market in a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on professional growth.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Good academic standing (3.0 GPA or equivalent)
Passionate about technology and defense innovation
Strong writing and comfort talking with people you have not met before
Comfortable picking up new software quickly, including AI tools. You do not need prior experience with any specific platform.
Organized and reliable with deadlines
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support the team with early-stage companies supporting defense and national security focused programs.
Assist with research to identify and source potential startups, mentors, and resources for startups.
Support projects/project managers by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Assist with outreach and content creation to support program needs.
Assist with professional development engagements and building relationships with stakeholders.
Thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, contributing to strategy and problem-solving while adapting to dynamic startup needs.
