About The Position

Acuity Inc. is seeking motivated and talented individuals for its Internship Program, a 10–12-week immersive experience designed to cultivate high-potential candidates through hands-on projects and real-world experiences. Interns will align their strengths and interests with the strategic needs of the business, contribute to impactful projects, and network with leaders. The program is ideal for individuals with one or two semesters remaining in their degree program, as they will be eligible for the BUILD Program upon completion. The BUILD Program is a full-time, entry-level rotational program for recent graduates to explore various areas within a functional domain, expand their skill set, build their network, and discover their passions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Relevant internship or project experience
• A minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving capabilities
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Experience leading teams or organizations

Responsibilities

• Support identification, evaluation, and prioritization of growth opportunities and investments aligned within AYI strategic goals.
• Build company profiles, conduct financial review and analysis, and develop potential deal assessment presentations.
• Assess industries and competitive landscape for Acuity's businesses, identifying emerging trends and growth opportunities to inform strategic planning.
• Support execution of internal corporate finance and strategic initiatives through cross-functional partnership and engagement with senior management.
• Develop core corporate finance skills including financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and company valuation.
• Analyze, synthesize, and translate data into executive-ready presentation formats.
