What you’ll be challenged to do: During your internship, you will work on a highly functioning team and aid in providing data collection and assesment services for a wide variety of projects. You'll receive guidance, supervision and mentorship by experienced engineers and professionals with your success as the goal. The majority of our interns convert to full-time employees. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Conduct research on client requirements and standards. Assist in collecting, organizing and analyzing field data Contribute to ideas for process improvement. Coordinate with engineering disciplines on technical details.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field of study.
  • Demonstrated experience in condition assessment through applied coursework, internships, or other work experiences.
  • Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on various projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to building types such as transportation, education, commercial, industrial, and government projects.
  • Familiarity with using data collection tools in the field

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00 per hour. Salary dependent on completed years of education, relevant experience, and geographic location.
