About The Position

The Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Intern will assist the Compensation and Benefits & HRIS, Human Resources function with ongoing tasks and priorities. This focus of the 2026 Intern is to assist the Compensation and Benefits & HRIS Teams’ projects and day-to-day work. As time permits, the intern will assist other members of the Total Rewards Team as needed.

Requirements

  • Completed sophomore year of college with a focus in business, communications, English, or similar.
  • Some work experience in customer-facing role highly desired.
  • Must have a customer-service oriented personality.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, with solid analytical ability.
  • Proven ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with individuals within and outside the company.

  • Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and other training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to the following compliances and regulations: SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA
  • Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws

Nice To Haves

  • Human Resources courses or analytics are desired.
  • Professional internship experience is a plus.
  • Preferred experience or knowledge of Human Resources, ideally with a focus on Compensation and Benefits practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support a job leveling initiative by reviewing job titles and grades, assigning job families/functions, preparing Payfactors uploads, and validating market pricing alignment with internal levels.
  • Assist with salary survey submissions and uploads into Payfactors as required.
  • Assist with any Compensation data analysis projects as needed.
  • Support EEO-1 data collection and submittal to EEOC.
  • Perform HRIS data integrity audits and data corrections in Dayforce.
  • Support 401k & Finance audit by pulling documentation for sample population.
  • Assist in preparing leave of absence metrics.
  • Perform an audit of FMLA utilization documented with the carrier and Dayforce.
  • Assist with other benefits carrier audits and correction of enrollment issues.
