Intern - Commercial Acquisitions Analyst
About The Position
The Commercial Acquisitions Intern Analyst candidate will be working closely with and provide support to the Commercial Acquisitions Team, including assistance with underwriting potential new investment opportunities using Argus Enterprise and an Excel based model. This role offers significant growth and development opportunities, with one-on-one coaching from the Senior Director of Commercial Investments and Acquisitions Analysts. Training will cover general commercial acquisition topics, industrial investments, real estate lending, and appraisal, with mentoring focused on career positioning and developing experience in commercial real estate investments.
Requirements
- Rising Junior working toward an undergraduate degree, Seniors graduating May or December of 2027 or MBA Candidate
- Finance – Real Estate Focus Desirable
- Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Excel based model
- Ability to research and analyze demographic, economic, and real estate market data
- Willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for commercial real estate

Responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting potential new investment opportunities using Argus Enterprise and an Excel based model
- Research and analyze demographic, economic, and real estate market data
- Occasional communication with brokers, lenders, and third-party providers to obtain applicable information
- Attend and participate in weekly investment committee meetings, presentations, and property site tours
- Prepare presentation materials for potential new acquisitions
- Assist in the writing and production of investment memoranda and related marketing materials
- Assist in the due diligence and closing processes
- Provide overall support for the commercial acquisitions team with a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for commercial real estate
