As an intern, you will be paired with a mid-to-senior level employee who will serve as your mentor. This mentor/mentee relationship is designed to foster a supportive environment where you can candidly discuss your career goals and aspirations. Our one-on-one informal mentoring approach fosters the development of professional relationships that complement your academic learning, enriching your overall internship experience. As a Water Resources Engineering intern you will work on a variety of project types including hydrology & hydraulics studies, lake restoration, wetlands, dams and abandoned mine land reclamation projects. Additional opportunities for civil engineering projects like traffic, transportation, site design, and more will be available to interested candidates as our team believes a well-rounded internship provides the best internship experience for those who are still unsure what their preferred practice area might be. These experiences will provide insights into the profession, collaborative teamwork, and serving the needs of our clients.

Requirements

Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Full clean driver’s license required.
Must submit cover letter, resume, and portfolio for consideration. If unable to submit portfolio due to size constraints, include a link to portfolio in cover letter.
