About The Position

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for the Water sector to join their team next summer. This paid internship offers full-time hours (40 per week) and is an in-person work opportunity. The intern will gain valuable experience by collaborating with team members, supporting engineers in completing project deliverables, working with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation, and assisting in the preparation of construction documents. This role is ideal for a hardworking and dedicated college student looking to gain practical experience in their field while learning from experienced mentors and leaders.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Major: Civil Engineering
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with team members on new ideas/innovations
• Supporting Engineers in completing project deliverables
• Working with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation
• Preparation of construction documents
