About The Position
The Power & Data Business Operations team within Moog's Space & Defense Group is seeking a spring 2027 block intern. The intern will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, VA. Requirements
- Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, and/or other relevant Business Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university.
- GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
- This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
- Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of key business operations tasks at Moog.
- Work experience may include the following projects based on the student's educational discipline: Assessing Power & Data capabilities, market assessments, customer landscapes, and growth opportunities across business units.
- Developing prioritized opportunity pipelines, business cases, and cross-selling strategies.
- Building reusable dashboards and decision-support models to support ongoing opportunity evaluation and planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders driving clear action plans and business outcomes.
- Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
- Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
- Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.
