About The Position
As a Business Development intern, you will support strategic initiatives by assisting in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data within the gaming and hospitality industry. This role provides hands-on exposure to how data-driven insights influence business growth, site selection, and expansion opportunities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research industry trends, monitor competitive activity, and track legislative and economic factors that may impact the business. They will assist in conducting due diligence on potential development locations, gathering relevant data to support feasibility assessments. Key learning opportunities include analyzing competitive properties and market dynamics using tools such as geographic mapping (zip codes and drive times), visitation trends, and customer behavior insights. The intern will also contribute to evaluating market performance metrics—including market share, fair share potential, and demand drivers—to help determine the viability of new or existing developments. Requirements
- Senior at an accredited University
