Requirements

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
Eager to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
Able to accept feedback and use it to improve.
Brings a positive, professional attitude and a willingness to contribute.

Responsibilities

Work on real projects that directly support our teams and businesses.
Collaborate with professionals and learn how experienced team members approach challenges and make decisions.
Research industry trends and turn what you learn into useful information and ideas.
Analyze data using tools such as Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support business decisions.
Create reports, presentations, and documentation that help teams communicate and operate effectively.
Support day-to-day operations while learning how different departments work together.
Participate in team meetings and contribute your ideas, questions, and perspective.
Learn new systems and processes and develop skills that will translate directly into your future career.
