OVERVIEW Morning Brew Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Operations Intern who will assist across both Client Activation and Account Management. They will support advertiser's integrated marketing campaigns against the business, and support across pre-strategy and post-sale execution. Our summer internship position is a part-time role based in our New York office.

Requirements

  • A current junior or senior enrolled in a relevant degree program

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Drive, and Keynote
  • Experience with project management tolls like Monday.com
  • Exposure to video, audio, or branded content production
  • Understanding of digital media, publishing, or advertising

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager teams with pre-sale media planning and strategy based on partner KPIs, budget, timing, and capabilities
  • Assist with onboarding new advertising partners, supporting documentation logistics, OMS booking, and campaign kickoff facilitation
  • Support reporting and insights efforts-learning 1P reporting platforms, interpreting campaign data, and contributing to recap reports
  • Update and maintain team trackers, indexes, shared documents, and project management systems with regular audits
  • Help build and maintain campaign production timelines, communicating updates with internal teams in both written and verbal formats
  • Support the business by maintaining operational systems such as Monday.com and Placements.Io
