About The Position
This is a regional lane for solo drivers with at least 3 months of experience. The average annual pay is $73,000.00, with a CPM ranging from $0.60 to $0.66. The lane covers approximately 1,700 miles per week on average and includes the states of TN, AR, MS, LA, AL, KY, MO, IL, and IN. Selected drivers must possess a Hazmat endorsement. Schedules and shifts may vary and are primarily determined by seniority. Drivers will typically be out for 5 days and then have 36-48 hours of rest. Approximately 50% of the freight is drop and hook.
Requirements
- CDL-A license.
- At least 3 months of driving experience.
- Hazmat endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Drive an intermodal truck on a regional lane.
- Transport freight covering TN, AR, MS, LA, AL, KY, MO, IL, and IN.
- Handle drop and hook freight.
- Adhere to schedules and shifts, which may vary.
- Maintain availability for 5 days out with 36-48 hours of rest.
