The position requires operating monitors and related equipment, traveling to site locations daily, collecting and transporting filters for analysis, and performing repairs and maintenance. Additionally, the role involves auditing and calibrating monitors for accuracy and conducting field trials for toxics. In the field office, responsibilities include analyzing filters and sample data using precision lab equipment, and accurately entering data into agency digital platforms for transmission to U.S. EPA's air data systems.
