The job also includes preparing the scaffolding erection area, potentially handling scaffolding materials, installing safety features like ladders and walkways, ensuring adherence to construction methods and quality targets, and working in various weather conditions and environments across Austal USA locations. The role requires alerting the Scaffolding Supervisor of any issues affecting performance and performing other duties as needed, including multi-skilling in other departments. Compliance with Austal's employee handbook, company procedures, and policies is mandatory.
