About The Position

We are expanding our team and opening new remote opportunities! We invite an Intermediate Project Manager to join our team working on a leading Point-of-Sale platform with more than 135,000 installations worldwide. The product is a robust restaurant and food service POS and kitchen management system built to operate in the "offline-proof" mode, processing orders end-to-end from creation through preparation and fulfillment. It integrates with cloud and on-premise systems, supports third-party services, and connects to a wide range of hardware devices. This role offers the chance to gain experience in the restaurant and hospitality Point-of-Sale domain, work on a mature, large-scale POS ecosystem with complex third-party integrations and numerous dependencies, and advance your English through daily communication with English-speaking colleagues based in the US and around the world.

Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Working with US-based clients
  • Leading teams of 7-10 FTEs on projects lasting 3+ months
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
  • Experience in release management, including deployment coordination
  • Experience managing project dependencies and coordinating third-party integrations
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience with Jira, Git/Bitbucket, and Jenkins
  • Proven experience planning, executing, and delivering software projects on schedule
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize work and balance competing stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Eagerness to learn the project's technical domain

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Sheets, including functions and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch
  • Experience managing a remote team

Responsibilities

  • Manage the software development lifecycle for a mature, highly integrated POS product
  • Prioritize and assign project tasks; support the team in daily delivery
  • Monitor task status and project progress; provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risks and changes to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Allocate project resources effectively
  • Monitor project and team performance
  • Collaborate with top management to improve delivery processes and team efficiency
  • Manage dependencies across multiple product components and third-party integrations
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams on the client side to ensure successful delivery and releases
