We're looking for a talented designer to join our creative team. Two of the biggest parts of our work are building brands and designing for the web, and we're honest about the fact that great designers come at this from different angles. Maybe you think of yourself as a brand designer. You love shaping visual identities, the systems that hold them together, and the story that makes them land with a client. Or maybe you think of yourself as a UI designer with some UX in your toolkit. You love crafting interfaces, getting the details right, and backing your decisions with a clear rationale. Both are exactly what we're after. If you're strong across both, even better. We're hiring for the person, not a checklist. The right fit, someone whose craft we admire and who clicks with the team, will get the role. From there, we shape the work around your strengths and give you room to grow on the other side, with support from our art director and the wider creative team. You'll work closely with people across the agency, from account managers to developers to UX designers. How someone fits the team matters to us a great deal. We want a collaborator who takes pride in the work, holds their own when pitching ideas to clients, and makes the people around them better. One more thing, and it counts for a lot here. AI is now part of how we work, in both our creative and our production processes, and the industry is still figuring out what that means.
