Requirements

Registered architect in Manitoba (MAA), or eligibility to be registered in the province
5+ years of experience working in a similar role
Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam
Experience with Healthcare or Security & Defence projects
Bilingual (English and French)

Responsibilities

Work directly with the project design lead(s) to realize the design vision for the project(s)
Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings
Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
Ensure clear client communication
Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both the internal and external client needs are met and that the projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets
Manage the financial aspect of the project, including planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and working with accounting to achieve the desired results.
Supporting the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation, including schedule and fees
