About The Position

Under general supervision, performs a variety of bookkeeping functions. This role is responsible for nightly fund pricing/valuation activities, researching and resolving variances, and creating, modifying, or maintaining spreadsheets. The specialist will identify where information is located and compile back-up or research information for analysis by others. They will also enter information into computer system(s) and review for completeness and accuracy, resolve some non-routine problems and questions, and understand when to bring issues to a higher authority. Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned are also part of the role.

Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
Accounting principles required
Ability to meet deadlines, work effectively individually or with a team.
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, customer service approach.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills
Detail-oriented, accurate; ability to easily move from one computer system to another.
