About The Position

A well-established landscaping specialist is seeking an experienced Interior Plant Technician to maintain high-end planting schemes across corporate sites in Central (primarily City and west End) and Greater London. This is a mobile, client-facing role suited to a knowledgeable and self-motivated horticultural professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in interior plant maintenance or horticulture preferred
Strong plant knowledge, including identification and care
Able to work independently with a structured, disciplined approach
Confident in client-facing environments
High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

Maintain interior (and some exterior) planting schemes to a consistently high standard
Watering, pruning, trimming plants and ensuring they have the optimal light conditions
Manage daily schedules and routes efficiently across central London sites
Build strong, professional relationships with clients on-site
Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and service expectations
