About The Position

Dr. Delphinium is seeking an organized, service-minded, and people-focused leader to oversee our Green Tech Team. This leadership role is responsible for supporting and developing our Interior Landscaping Technicians while ensuring exceptional client experiences and consistent operational execution. The Interior Landscaping Service Manager serves as the direct leader of the Green Tech Team and works closely with the Operations Manager, Sales team, and other departments to ensure accounts are serviced efficiently, professionally, and to the high standards our clients expect. This role balances employee leadership, scheduling, training, operational coordination, and customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, collaborative, and passionate about both people development and horticultural excellence. This person leads by example, supports accountability, and helps create a positive, solutions-oriented team culture.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of interior plant care, horticulture, or service-industry experience preferred
  • Strong customer-service mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, tactful, and professional when handling difficult situations
  • Strong understanding of interior plant care and maintenance practices
  • Excellent driving record meeting insurance requirements
  • Proficient with technology, scheduling systems, and communication tools
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and manage the Green Tech Team
  • Create and manage technician schedules, routes, and workload distribution
  • Provide onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing employee development
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and field evaluations to ensure service quality and consistency
  • Perform quality assurance reporting to ensure standards are being met
  • Foster accountability, teamwork, and professional growth within the department
  • Assist with hiring and performance management as needed
  • Ensure interior plant maintenance and installations are completed efficiently and to company standards
  • Monitor plant quality, service consistency, and client satisfaction across all accounts
  • Help technicians prioritize routes and improve service efficiency
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns, service issues, and operational challenges
  • Maintain clear communication regarding scheduling changes, staffing needs, and service priorities
  • Support inventory coordination and operational planning when needed
  • Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager on new installations, account transitions, customer requests, and design updates
  • Collaborate with the Operations Support Manager to align staffing, scheduling, and operational goals
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Communicate customer feedback, operational concerns, and service opportunities proactively
  • Support technicians in delivering thoughtful, professional, and reliable service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and accountability
  • Ensure technicians represent Dr. Delphinium professionally at all client locations
  • Help maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
