About The Position

As our Interior Door Fabricator, you will take precision-machined components and transform them into high-quality double doors, bi-folds, and bypass units. You will be the final set of hands that ensures every door opens smoothly, closes perfectly, and looks incredible before it heads to a customer's home. This role involves owning the assembly area for double doors, bi-folds, and bypass systems, requiring an eye for alignment and detail. You will assemble with finesse, ensuring every hinge, track, and panel is perfectly square and functional. You will work in a high-tech manufacturing environment, learning to collaborate with CNC machines to produce top-tier results. Additionally, you will read work orders to ensure the correct style, size, and hardware are used for each unit and perform the necessary physical tasks, maneuvering 50–70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Maintaining an organized and safe workspace is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Detail-oriented with a focus on small imperfections.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to understand how small components fit into a larger product.
Problem-solving skills for custom or tricky orders.
