About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer with 5–7 years of professional experience to join our team designing multi-family, hospitality, and commercial environments. This is an opportunity for a talented designer who is passionate about concept-driven design and eager to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow within a collaborative studio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution
• 5–7 years of professional interior design experience
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for materials, detailing, and creating memorable spaces
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines across several projects
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multi-family, hospitality, or commercial interiors is preferred

Responsibilities

• Contributing to all phases of the interior design process, including programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, material and finish selection, FF&E specification, detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration
• Coordinating project teams and managing project tasks with guidance from senior staff
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to studio culture
