Interior Designer
About The Position
Join CI Select as an Interior Designer and become an integral part of a team that transforms workplaces into harmonious and inspiring environments. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and industry partners to deliver innovative, contemporary design solutions tailored to diverse work styles and cultures. Your contributions will span all phases of project design, from programming and schematic design to material selection and furniture specification. Partnering closely with our sales team and architectural collaborators, you will simplify complex product offerings and create solutions that align with our mission: Workplaces in harmony, delivered in sync.
Requirements
- A degree in Interior Design (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial interior design is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts informed by client needs, aesthetic preferences, and workplace trends.
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and industry partners to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
- Manage projects through all phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, and material/furniture specification.
- Provide expertise in aligning workplace design with client cultures, branding, and productivity goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and partners to simplify the intricacies of workplace design and product selection.
