This position involves working collaboratively with Colleges, Design Teams, and Furniture/Product representatives on various aspects of interior design projects. Key responsibilities include selecting finishes, developing furniture layouts, choosing furniture and fabrics, and managing furniture quotes and installations. The role also requires participation in design reviews with the PDC Office of the University Architect and Project Managers, including reviews of floor plans and finishes. Additionally, the position supports Project Managers in developing project programs, estimating furniture costs, and assessing space needs. A valid class E driver's license is required, as the position necessitates site visits, space and cabinetry measurements, and lifting materials. Some travel may also be required. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft programs, and Photoshop is essential for creating presentations with graphics.
