About The Position

RH Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients in an RH Gallery by assessing their needs and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed their design expectations. The role is suited to innovative, relationship-focused people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

RH describes its work as expanding from curating and selling products to conceptualizing and selling spaces through an integrated ecosystem of products, places, services, and spaces. Consultants represent the RH lifestyle brand and contribute to the client experience, Gallery standards, and the achievement of fiscal goals.

Requirements

• Be people- and relationship-driven.
• Demonstrate strategic and mental agility.
• Be highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be proficient with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Be able to lift and mobilize small to medium items weighing up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Be able to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
• Be able to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Art, architecture, or interior design background and relevant experience.
• A valid driver's license.

• Own all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery.

• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
