The position involves collaborating with clients in-store, online, and in their homes to create personalized spaces, presenting Ethan Allen's products and services, and building a loyal client base through exceptional service and networking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field) or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to connect with clients and close sales in a consultative, relationship-focused environment.
Comfortable with digital floor planning, 3D/AR/VR visualization tools, and social media marketing.
Strong listening, presentation, and written communication skills.
Motivated to build your business, manage your time, and exceed goals.
Full-time, on-site role including weekends.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
