Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 5 of those years being in leadership/management

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of Sterile Processing leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives.
• Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions.
• Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
