About The Position

This role involves formulating and overseeing the organization's planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. The position participates in the development of the organization's vision, policies, and short- and long-term objectives. The Director will develop, implement, and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility, maintain knowledge of industry trends, and recommend cost-effective and efficient solutions. This role also serves as a liaison between the Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies. Additionally, the Director will conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
3-5 years of Sterile Processing leadership experience
