About The Position
This role supports clients with a range of accounting and finance responsibilities. The employee may serve clients in capacities such as Accounting Manager, Controller, or Project Manager, managing multiple client stakeholders at the same time. The role includes preparing accounting reports, participating in ad hoc projects, overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, performing due diligence, assisting with SEC reporting, and resolving complex accounting issues. It also involves helping clients implement accounting pronouncements, including ASC 606 and ASC 842. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a focus in Accounting is preferred.
- Five or more years of related experience required.
- Experience working with public, private, or private equity companies required.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
- Technical skills commensurate with level of experience.
- Demonstrate professionalism under pressure.
- Ability to contribute knowledge as a team player and ask for help when needed.
- Ability to learn quickly and work ethically and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels and internal colleagues.
- Commitment to continually improving interpersonal, management, functional, and technical skills.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Serve clients in various capacities, including Accounting Manager, Controller, or Project Manager.

- Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
- Oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Perform due diligence procedures for clients.
- Assist clients with SEC reporting.
- Resolve complex accounting issues.
- Assist clients with implementing new accounting pronouncements, including ASC 606 and ASC 842.
- Perform other duties as required.
