About The Position

As a Principal, you will oversee of all disciplines for elementary and middle school programs and daily management of student discipline and behavior management for all elementary and middle school students. You will report to the Principal and you will work onsite. This position is an interim position with the potential to be a permanent position due to a potential retirement in the near future.

Requirements

A Master’s degree
At least five to seven years’ related experience.
Professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage high school student discipline related matters in accordance with the student code of conduct.
Act as representative for principal at all meetings related to suspension and reinstatement.
Conduct Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and refresher training.
Maintain all records related to discipline and report monthly to administration and Quality Management.
Facilitate monthly student management data review meetings and reports.
Participate in school Positive Behavior Intervention System (PBIS) yellow and red teams.
Under supervision of director of education, supervise assigned high school teachers and teacher assistants.
