About The Position

This role is for an Interim Practice Manager within the Ascension Travel Program & Interim Leadership department, located in Chicago, Illinois. The position is full-time, day shift, with a gross rate up to $2,233.20 per week.

Requirements

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous practice management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.
• Monitor and adhere to budget.
• Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
