About The Position
This is an interim leadership role for a Nurse Manager in the Surgical Telemetry unit. The unit has 21 ADC and 56 FTEs and is supported by an Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurses, Educator, and Clinical Nurse Specialist. It is a union environment with an established shared governance structure. The focus for this role will be on staff engagement, rounding, operational stability, and quality initiatives. The Nurse Manager will have oversight of staffing, patient flow, and regulatory readiness.
