About The Position
GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential. We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making during a temporary engagement. This individual will partner with leadership to provide insights and drive financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of finance or FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators
- Develop financial models and business analyses
- Prepare management reporting packages
- Support strategic planning initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis
