About The Position

RISE Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Interim Director of Operations – Employment Services to provide operational leadership across our employment and community-based service programs. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced human services environments and can balance operational oversight, staffing coordination, compliance management, and strategic problem-solving while supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful community employment outcomes. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in ensuring operational stability, staffing alignment, service quality, compliance oversight, and organizational growth across service regions. RISE Services is a growing human services organization specializing in Individual Supported Employment, Community-based services, Housing support coordination, and Workforce development and stabilization services for individuals with disabilities. We are committed to high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining strong operational and compliance standards within highly regulated funding environments.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in human services, behavioral health, healthcare, employment services, or related fields
