About The Position

We are looking for an Interim Director of Patient Care Services/ Director of Nursing to clinically lead our Hospice Division in Santa Barbara. The annual base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130 – 150,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse (RN) by the Board of Registered Nursing in the state of California.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or other health-related field with three years of experience within the last five years in a hospice agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
• 5 years of prior supervisory or administrative experience in hospice.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the overall clinical direction at your location.
• Create and continuously evaluate hospice care goals to ensure that they meet quality standards and promote the organization’s philosophy.
• Have overall responsibility for the supervision and oversight of all hospice patient care services.
• Be responsible for all activities relevant to the patient care services furnished including the development of personnel qualifications and the assignment of personnel.
