About The Position

This is an interim leadership role at a large, academic quaternary care hospital that serves a high-acuity, complex patient population. The position focuses on stabilizing operations, driving performance improvement, and standardizing workflows across units. The role involves leading the rollout of care progression rounds and supporting the development of centralized discharge planning processes. There is a strong emphasis on visible leadership, staff empowerment, and establishing accountability and boundaries. The team consists of 58 staff with current vacancies, supported by 2 Managers, an Educator, and an Administrative Assistant.
