Interim Director of Case Management Large, academic quaternary care hospital with high-acuity, complex patient population. Team of 58 staff with current vacancies; supported by 2 Managers, Educator, and Administrative Assistant. Focus on stabilizing operations, driving performance improvement, and standardizing workflows across units. Lead rollout of care progression rounds and support development of centralized discharge planning processes. Strong emphasis on visible leadership, staff empowerment, and establishing accountability and boundaries.
