El Puente is seeking a thoughtful, organized, and values-driven professional to serve as the Interim Assistant Director of the Beacon Leadership Center through November 30, 2026. This temporary leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth development, community building, and social justice, and who thrives in a dynamic environment where program operations, staff support, and relationship-building all come together. Working closely with the Beacon Director, the Interim Assistant Director will help ensure the successful day-to-day operation of a vibrant community center serving children, youth, families, and adults. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong systems, supporting staff, strengthening programming, and helping the Beacon continue to be a welcoming and transformative space for the Williamsburg community.
