TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Systems Engineer - Interfaces Team Lead position. The ideal candidate will lead a team developing interfaces for the NASA Human Landing System (HLS) Program Systems Engineering & Integration Office. The candidate will be assigned to the Requirements & Verification team with a focus on leading Interface Development across multiple program providers and government programs or hardware. The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team across multiple centers to developed interface documentation and foster agreement among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with developing complex spaceflight hardware interface control documentation
• Demonstrated Leadership skills and proven ability to facilitate negotiations across multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups
• Experience with requirements specifications and developing traceability matrices
• Experience with spacecraft and/or launch vehicle systems/subsystems architectures
• Experience with systems integration and verification activities
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and co-workers
• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering Processes and activities
• Proficiency in Atlassian Tools (JIRA), Doors Next Generation (DNG), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to present data to Senior Program Managers
• Minimum 12 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team developing interfaces for the NASA Human Landing System (HLS) Program Systems Engineering & Integration Office.
